  Our Baby Isabella 17/03/2010

 

Hi Everyone,

On the 17^th March, 2010, at 5.59 am a little ray of sunshine came into our lives. Trish gave birth to a baby girl weighing in at 7.4lbs named Isabella Charlotte Mucha. This gorgeous little girl has stolen our hearts, even if she has been keeping us up at night!

 The labour was the hardest that Trish has ever had, with our other 3 being quite easy in comparison. Nine hours, with the last 3 hours being very intense back labour. Over the last ten days it has been quite demanding on us both, with a few feeding issues. Although Isabella did end up with a minor case of jaundice from lack of milk, she is now on formula and doing wonderfully. It’s amazing how much more settled she is, and together, I feel we’ve turned the corner.

 Trish and I would like to thank Leesa and Katrina from the Mothers Breast Feeding Association, for all of your help and support.

 Little Isabella is almost back to her full birth weight and now sleeps 2-4 hours between feeds, hence why I finally have the opportunity to share the newest love of my life with you…
